About Us

Ankit Polymers is a flagship company under the O.P. Yadav Group—a prestigious, family-run enterprise rooted in innovation and quality manufacturing. Headquartered in Gurugram, India, the group has become a trusted global name in speciality polymers sheets manufacturing.

The journey began in the 1980s, when India lacked domestic production of Uni-axially Oriented Nylon 6 sheets, critical for Nylon Core Belts. Recognising this gap, Mr. O.P. Yadav, a qualified technocrat and industry pioneer, founded K.K. Sheets Pvt. Ltd. in 1990, making it India’s first manufacturer of Nylon 6 sheets. These products soon found global acceptance.

Building on this success, Rashmi Fabrics Pvt. Ltd. was established in 1994, specialising in flat nylon power transmission belts. With deep expertise and vision, the group expanded further to meet rising demands in polymers, leading to the founding of Ankit Polymers in 1997. Focused on high-performance TPE and EVA based polymer sheets, Ankit Polymers serves diverse industries including construction, interiors, and healthcare.

In the next generation of growth, Mr. Ankit Yadav and Mrs. Rashmi Yadav, the children of Mr. O.P. Yadav, joined the business in 2012 and 2015 respectively. With their dynamic leadership and modern outlook, the group achieved unprecedented growth, expanding product lines, modernising infrastructure, and increasing global exports—taking sales and turnover to new heights.
